Can I return the bags and get a refund?
Faulty bags are uncommon, but when this does occur we are happy to replace them for you straight away.
All of our bags are sold on a prepaid basis, so you only pay for what you use. We cannot offer a refund for the bags, but if you find a fault with the bags and they require replacing then please contact us on commercialwaste@westminster.gov.uk.
