Where is my order?

We aim for next working day delivery once payment for your order has been received (please note that cheque payments sometimes take a few days to clear).

If you have not received your order then please get in touch with us at commercialwaste@westminster.gov.uk.

All our vehicles are GPS tracked making it straightforward to check on the status of your delivery. We can provide a copy of the delivery receipt identifying who signed for it and when.
