      Pausing your collection

      As a result of lockdown, your collection service might need to change.

      With Covid-19 restrictions impacting a number of businesses and venues in Westminster, we are offering customers the flexibility to pause waste and recycling collections. You can temporarily stop all or some of your containerised waste and recycling collections and reactivate them at a later date.

      Please note that equipment hire charges still apply for any equipment that remains on-site.
