How to report fly-tipping
Stay safe and help us keep Westminster clean: How to report fly-tipping
You can report it here.
Do not touch or move any fly-tipped waste—it could be hazardous. Items may include used syringes, broken glass, or toxic chemicals. Leaving the waste in place also helps enforcement officers investigate, as evidence is often present at the scene.
When reporting, note what the waste consists of and roughly how much there is. Take photographs if it’s safe to do so, and record the exact location, date, and time you saw it.
Provide as many details as possible, including descriptions of people or vehicles involved (appearance, registration number, vehicle make or model, etc.). You can report anonymously if you wish.
This information helps us take action against offenders and arrange removal of the waste. However, do not confront anyone fly-tipping—some operate as part of organised criminal activity and may be dangerous.
