      How to dispose of Vinyl

      Vinyl like that used in banners, packaging and records can’t be recycled. Please put it in your red bag or container/bin for general waste.  We send general waste for energy recovery where it will be used to produce electricity and heat. 

      If its too big for your red bag; please roll and tie it up, affix a yellow cardboard/bulky item sticker and only leave it out for collection at the authorised times.

      Vinyl flooring will need a bulky waste collection in most cases. However, if you have a contract for one of our general waste bins you can also use this bin to dispose of vinyl flooring.
